The AnyTone AT-D578UVIII PLUS is the latest model and is a true TRI band plus air band receive analog and digital radio with DMR, GPS, APRX TX/RX and AIR BAND AM! RX capabilities. This unit is capable of both time slot 1 and time slot 2 and offers channel and VFO operations. This radio is Ideal for amateur radio, Fire stations, Search & Rescue, EMS, Police, Sheriff, Forestry, Security operations and many other applications. This part 90 approved mobile radio can be used for both amateur and comercial applications. The AT-D575UV III PLUS comes with enough storage memory to save 4000 channels, 10,000 talk groups, 200,000 digital contacts and also contains program memory for future firmware upgrades. This radio is basically like the AT-D878UVII HT with a lot more power and features! This radio is shipped in amateur mode which locks it to the amateur radio bands.
